Policies

Welcome to our Private Dance Lesson Policy!  We offer private dance lessons for individuals or small groups who want personalized instruction. In order to provide the best experience for our clients, we have established the following policies:

  1. Scheduling: Private dance lessons are scheduled based on the availability of the space, the instructor, and the client. 

  2. Payment: Payment is required before the lesson to secure the reservation. Payment can be made online or in person at our studio. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and checks. Payments are not refundable.

  3. Cancellation: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, we require at least 24 hours notice. The client will be charged for the lesson if notice is not given. We understand that emergencies may arise and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Dress code: Proper dance attire is required for private lessons. This includes appropriate shoes, clothing, and hair ties. Please consult your instructor for specific dress code requirements for your dance style.

  5. Behavior: Our private dance lessons are designed to be a positive and safe experience for our clients. We ask that clients treat their instructor with respect and arrive on time for their lessons. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if a client's behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful.

  6. Safety: Safety is our top priority. We maintain a clean and safe studio environment and regularly check equipment for wear and tear. 

  7. Communication: We encourage open communication between our instructor and clients. Please feel free to ask questions or provide feedback on your lesson experience.

  8. By scheduling a private dance lesson, you agree to abide by these policies. We look forward to providing you with a personalized dance experience!
