About the Instructor

taught by Mica Milojkovic, international award-winning dancer.
A Word from Mica...
"My journey in movement began in 1989 in Belgrade, Serbia, where I started my career as a competitive dancer. This passion led to back-to-back wins at the Serbian Amateur Latin National Championships in 1999 and 2000, eventually taking me to the international stage at the European and World Championships.
After turning professional in 2001, I achieved significant milestones early on, including a 19th-place finish at the European Championships and a 7th-place finish at the German Open Professional Rising Stars. Over the next several years, I continued to compete at world-class events like the Blackpool World Championship and the World Masters in Innsbruck.
My commitment to the technical side of movement led me to earn my National Judges License in 2003, followed by becoming a World Dance Council International Adjudicator in 2013. Since moving to the United States in 2007, I have been teaching independently in Massachusetts, where I’ve expanded my expertise to help others find balance and strength through movement.
In addition to my dance background, I am a Certified Gyrotonic® Instructor and an Apprentice Gyrokinesis® Instructor, utilizing these specialized methods to enhance my students' mobility, coordination, and physical longevity."
